How do I get loan options?
Open the app, complete the short request, and submit your details. You'll see matched options or a pending status while lenders review. Final decisions are made by lenders, not by us.
Does checking options affect my credit?
Pre-match may use a soft credit check, which doesn't affect your score. A hard inquiry can happen only if you choose to continue with a lender. Always review the lender's terms.
Do you lend money or approve loans?
No. CBW-Cash connects borrowers with independent lenders. We don't issue loans and aren't responsible for a lender's approval, rejection, or terms.
Is there any cost to use CBW-Cash?
No. Getting matched is free. We may be compensated by lender partners, which is how the service stays free for you.
What loan amounts and terms are possible?
Across the network, amounts range from $50–$5,000 with terms from 70 days to 36 months, and APRs between 4% and 35.55%, depending on your profile and the lender's criteria.
What happens if I'm not matched?
You'll see a clear "request not approved" screen. You can review your information and submit again later — there's no penalty for trying again.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use TLS encryption and access controls. Data is used for matching and verification and may be shared with lenders you choose, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Who can apply through CBW-Cash?
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a legally binding agreement. Eligibility, amounts, and terms depend on your profile and each lender's criteria — we don't make those decisions.
